The long lead ball screw series is designed specifically for applications that require high line speeds to improve productivity, combining precision rolling technology with the recycling feature through nut end caps. Precision grinding of the nut outer diameter and flange surface makes this design suitable for most positioning applications. In order to further improve the positioning accuracy, a gap elimination function is provided for this series. We also offer a range of rotating nut solutions to minimize inertia phenomena associated with long rotating shafts. The long lead screw shaft is firmly fixed on the frame, while the ball nut rotates inside the bearing box and moves along the screw shaft driven by a tension belt.
